The Windows Marketing and Operations team had a problem: too many newsletters distracting from the field’s job of selling Windows. They came to ZUM asking us to simplify and strategize—what we do best. After hours of conversation and research to get to the root of the problem, we recommended a SharePoint site. We then came up with a beautiful, yet functional design, and led the site design project. The result: no more distractions, just easy-to-find content right at the field’s fingertips.
