OVERVIEW
The ControlUp team embarked on a rebranding journey with a clear vision to convey their unique approach to Digital Employee Experience (DEX), which bridges the gap between IT teams and the individuals they serve. The objective was to create a brand identity that mirrors the innovative nature of their DEX solutions. In line with their products, the team aimed for a brand characterized by boldness, a human-centric approach, and inspirational qualities. To achieve this, we introduced fresh visual elements and a striking brand identity that embodied their commitment to enhancing the digital employee experience. Once the brand was established, our team was asked to help curate and design their PowerUp employee appreciation box.
