Aspire Keynote
OVERVIEW
Microsoft Ready is a 2-day internal event focused on education and networking for Microsoft employees. The event aims to inspire and empower attendees to shape their career futures within Microsoft. We were asked by then-senior director (now-global head of Enterprise Talent Management) Priya Priyadarshini to produce a keynote and experience within Ready that highlighted the inspiring MACH program (now Aspire). Aspire is an internal global program for new grads (undergrad and MBA) who join Microsoft right out of college or university.
Our deliverables on this project extended beyond visual identity and keynote design to encompass the creation of signage, swag, and digital banners, as well as consulting both in the lead-up to the event and during the event itself. Our team was present on-site to oversee event execution from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the seamless integration of the theme throughout every facet of the event, guaranteeing a cohesive and impactful experience.
