OVERVIEW
Careers at Microsoft is a program that is dedicated to fostering employee growth, enabling them to pursue their career aspirations, and facilitating connections with invaluable company resources. Our ongoing partnership with the Microsoft Talent Management team led to us not only updating their new visual identity but also working with them to develop a new messaging and positioning framework for the organization.
For the re-brand, we wanted to create a fun and inspiring visual identity that seamlessly fit their objectives. Drawing inspiration from nature; our color palette and graphic motifs invoke a sense of journey, exploration, and the exciting journey of navigating one's career path.
